Remarks:

1. Payment Terms:  Irrevocable L/C AT SIGHT or T/T downpayment40% and 60% before shipment. 

(All bank charges outside China are for account of buyer. Buyer should pay as per goods actual weight. L/C draft should be sent to seller for approval. )

2. Allowance: Plus or minus 10% in weight or goods value is allowed. 

3. Delivery: The first batch will be delivered within 45-60 days after L/C received date or downpayment confirmed date Partial shipment is allowed, transhipment is allowed. 

4. Sales Terms: The price is USD basis of Incoterms 2000 

Goods inspecting by Strong Special Steel only before shipment. MTC will be on Strong Special Steel's title. Strong Special Steel takes all responsibility

 for their shipments if any quality complainoccurred within two months 

based on B/L date. 

 5. Validity: The quotation is valid for 7 days. If prolonging required, please contact us in advance. The price is based on minimum a full 20' container order.
